Been to Poracay last Saturday. One phrase to describe the place: Witty name but WORST service. Kelangan mo pa sumigaw to catch their attention. Been asking for help from different personnel and yet...wala as in wala nangyari (mahigit isang oras na kami sa ilalim ng init ng araw!). I exploded because nobody's assisting us at ano ang sinabi ng personnel nila? "Yan ang mahirap kami ang napapagalitan dun kayo sa opisina magreklamo". We did that. Pinalabas namin yung manager. Nung una narinig namin sabi ng staff na nasa taas, then after a few minutes biglang ang sabi eh wala pa daw sa opisina. Pagdating namin hanggang sa umuwi kami eh may nagrereklamo sa office nila.

we visited poracay resort many times, for me all the personnel are accomodating exept those personnels inside the reception area. My kids feel confortable and safe we leave in tondo manila but, acually we intended to go to poracay rather than the nearest resort like in laguna, antipolo.
Ang pangit ng patakaran, dapat alam nila kung ilan ang pwedi nila i accomodate kc wala n pala mga cottage nagpapapasok pa cla, tapos ang mahal pa ng umbrella 700 grabe tlga.

try ko pumonta mamaya 7 am titingnan ko kong okey para pag uwi nila ate ko may mapupuntahan kami. na hindi na lalayo dito sa angeles.sana maayos ang mga staff ka usap. at 120 intrance .700 nipahut a 700 sana tama ang sa web nila. pag dating sa jan baka mag nag babago . hindi maganda yon diba.

Balak namin pumunta sa poracay mamaya, what do we expect??.
we're planning to go there on our vacation from US but w/ this comments from costumers that been there- I don't know. Perhaps we'll have a change of plan.
if the comments with the resorts are like this. i will never add PORACAY in my list. Oh, my!!! what a shame!! is this the management we are expecting?? no way!!!
