The HTC Desire C is a budget Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich device that has the specs of two years ago but has the look and feel of now. You can think of it as a smaller and weaker version of the Desire V.
The HTC Desire C sports a 3.5" display (a standard at the P10k range) at a pixel resolution of 320x480 and a pixel density of 165 ppi. It has an internal memory of 4GB, a 5MP camera, but a meager 600MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7225A processor. How's that for a budget Android phone?
