Xolo A1000: A 5-inch Jelly Bean Phone for P11k

Indian company Xolo recently launched the Xolo A1000, a 5-inch (720p IPS) Jelly Bean device that has moderate power and juice, all for Rs 14,999 (approximately P11,281), not totally bad for a budget phone. It's being marketed by the company as a cheaper and better alteranative for the Samsung Galaxy Grand.

The Xolo A1000, aside from the mentioned above, also packs a 1GHz dual-core MT6577 processor, 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel camera, and a 2100mAh battery. Did I mention the oh-so-smooth phone design? Kinda looks like the Galaxy S3 doesn't it?

If you don't mind importing stuff from India, you can get one now for P11,000++ (including taxes and other charges of course). Better yet, just wait for a local mobile company to rebrand this and sell it at two or three grand more (highly unlikely though, it's not dual-SIM).

Now, someone say YOLO.
