Globe Makes Rewards Points Easier with GCash Conversion

If you've been keeping track of Globe's Rewards Points program, you'd see that it already has a formidable list of partner establishments that accept the telco's digital points in lieu of cash or credit. More recently, they also held a double value on the said points, making it a valuable complement to shopping apparel or electronics or just simply dining out. Good news is that Globe aims to make gathering Rewards Points easier by allowing direct GCash conversion.

Starting now until January 30, 2014, all Globe Postpaid, Prepaid, and TM subscribers (except Corporate and Platinum) can convert their GCash to Globe Rewards for P25.00 GCash to 20 Globe Rewards Points. This is advantageous to consumers like me who, say, are a couple of points short to purchase a movie or redeem gift certificates from partner stores. It would also be a bigger win for consumers if Globe holds a double value Rewards Points soon in conjunction with GCash to Rewards.

Converting GCash to Rewards Points is that simple. I'm personally a heavy user of the service, since I use it to watch movies at Ayala Cinemas, shop clothes at Bench, and drink coffee at Figaro. Lastly, go to bit.ly/Globe-Rewards for the list of partner establishments near you.
