Kata Box Android Top Box Officially Unveiled, Pre-order Starts at PHP 2,999

Local electronics company Kata recently unveiled their Kata Box, a small, 4.21" by 4.21" wide Android top box that in short, enables you to do whatever Android activity you can on your TV. This means you can use it as a PC substitute with productivity apps like OfficeSuite, play games on it such as Clash of Clans, or even stream movies and videos using HOOQ or even Netflix - via the Kata Box's built-in Mega VPN service (60 day free trial). Did I mention that it comes with its own remote control too?

What's more interesting about the Kata Box is if you pre-order today, you'll get a dedicated Kata gaming controller for free for just P2,999. Getting a gamepad means getting an almost gaming console experience. Imagine what you can do when you install a PlayStation emulator on the Kata Box. Additionally, there's also going to be a keyboard and a mouse available separately for purchase. Pre-order is available at all Kata concept stores and kiosks nationwide.
