Vivo Philippines recently unveiled the Vivo V3 Max, a 5.5-inch FHD phablet that bears striking resemblance to smartphones of late, with its gold coloration and finger scanner. Other specifications include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard storage (microSD expandable up to 128GB), a 13MP rear + 8MP front camera combo, and a 3000mAh battery. It also promises to be "Faster than Faster".
Nothing much differentiates the Vivo V3 Max in the mid-range niche, except that it sits at the same price range as Oppo's and Huawei's mid-rangers, and that its boasts a metal finish with a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass front to boot. It should feel nicely like an iPhone 6+ on your hands, so there's that.
The Vivo V3 Max will go on sale at major retailers in Manila, Cebu, and Davao, with a suggested retail price of PHP 16,990.
