Samsung Galaxy Note7 Specs Leaked, Rumored Iris Scanner, IP68 Rating in Tow

With the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note7 just around the corner - August 2nd to be exact - there's bound to be leaks here and there, and none other than renowned leaker Evan Blass (@evleaks) did it. In a series of tweets earlier today, Blass "confirmed" that the next note iteration will be called the Samsung Galaxy Note7 (and not Galaxy Note 6, to align with the S7 branding. Also note that according the leaks, the naming convention would be that there's no space between the Note and the 7, making it Note7), and will sport the following specifications:

Memory: TBA RAM, 64GB onboard storage, microSD expandable TBA capacity

Camera: 12-megapixell DualPixel rear camera w/ AF, dual LED flash; 5-megapixel front-facing camera
Features: IP68 water and dust-resistant rated
Colors: Black, silver, blue

With Blass's track record on leaking device info months prior to launching, it's pretty safe to say that we should be seeing an iris scanner soon enough.
