LG V20 Confirmed to Arrive in September, Will Feature Android 7.0 Nougat

The LG G5 might've not made the waves some people expected it should, but the second half of this year's headliner from LG should belong to the LG V20.

The South Korean company not only confirmed that the LG V20 will be landing this coming September, but that the device would also be shipping with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. There were also apparently leaked specifications (in Korean) that describe the V20 as coming with a 5.5-inch FHD display - a drop from its predecessor's 5.7-inch QHD display, a Snapdragon 820, and an Adreno 530 GPU. It'll also have two configurations: 3GB RAM/32GB onboard storage and 4GB RAM/64GB onboard storage variants. Lastly, it would feature a 4000mAh battery paired with USB Type-C.

The leaked specifications however have no mention of what made the LG V10 popular - an always-on secondary ticker screen that notifies the user whatever is happening with the device.

Further details are scarce with the V20, but we should probably expect better leaks soon.
