The Cloudfone Thrill 450q is an Android 4.1 Jelly Bean device that boasts a 4.5-inch qHD IPS display, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB RAM, and a 1800mAh Li-ion battery. The display itself features the OGS (One Glass Solution) technology, making it resistant to scratches while at the same time increasing the display's light transmittance.
Another surprising thing is that the Cloudfone Thrill 450q sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8225 processor, not what you'd ordinarily expect like other local mobile brands. That, together with its other specs, justifies its price tag in my opinion.

Cloudfone Thrill 450q Availability and Price in the Philippines
The Cloudfone Thrill 450q, although listed as a "Buy Now" in the company's website, is nowhere to be found at the succeeding URL after the click (which leads to an online store by the way). But considering that it's announced, we're expecting it to be rolled out in Cloudfone kiosks before the month ends. It has a suggested retail price of P8,999.
As with all my experience from Cloudfone devices (I've experienced the Cloudfone Thrill 430x and the Cloudfone Excite 400d) I'm again expecting the Cloudfone Thrill 450q to be of international quality. There's a reason why they don't release devices monthly. Then again, it might just be me.
