Pokemon X & Y Now Available in the Philippines, Features Full 3D and Mega Evolutions

Good news to all Pokefans out there: Pokemon X & Y are already both out and are ready to play!

Pokemon X & Y brings the adventurer in you to a totally whole new region of Kalos, a star-shaped region inspired by France, according to Pokemon Company CEO Tsunekazu Ishihara. It's also the first game in the long-running series (Generation VI to be specific) to feature full 3D polygonal graphics, mega evolutions, such as Mega Mewtwo, Mega Lucario and the heavy Nintendo favorite Mega Charizard X & Y, and the introduction of new battle modes such as the Sky Battle and the Horde Encounter.

The Pokemon depicted in both games box arts are Xerneas and Ylvetal respectively
The game also brings cloud storage to Pokemon. Called the Pokemon Bank, it allows a player to store and share up to 3,000 pocket monsters on devices and physical and digital copies of the game he or she owns.

Aspiring and veteran trainers alike will be able to choose from Kalos's three new starters, namely Chespin, Fenekkin, and Froakie. They'll also be able to acquire shortly thereafter the game's original starter trio: Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur.

Pokemon X & Y are now available on DataBlitz for P1,750. We happily thank Nintendo for doing a simultaneous global release. Now we get to keep up with grinding our Pokemon with the rest of the world!
